Thank you for your interest in SMartOLTracker.
SMartOLTracker is developed to help see status of the owner of the panel to be able to IM for support.
Very useful also for business owners to give customers a way to keep in touch and contact the owner/csr by simply clicking the SMartOLTracker panel.

AVATAR ON-LINE DETECTION
There has recently been a proposal to disable the LSL script function used to obtain avatar on-line/off-line status (see https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-4823) because it does not respect avatar privacy settings. Due to overwhelming opposition to this proposal, Linden Labs has decided not to make any changes to this function at this time. If this LSL function is completely disabled in the future (which seems unlikely), the SmartOLTracker on-line status checking feature will no longer function. If this function is modified to respect the privacy preferences set by individual avatars (which seems more likely) in a way that requires a modification to the SmartOLTracker, I will provide script updates at no cost.
