Failed transaction
- If you buy an item and don’t receive it, please log in to www.secondlife.com and look at your transaction history. Find the purchase details of the lost item. Copy and paste this information in to a notecard and drop the notecard in to my mail box on my desk in the Business Center. The lost item will be replaced as soon as possible once this information has been received.
- PXL Creations does not refund or re-send lost inventory items. If you have lost inventory items, you need to open a ticket directly with the Linden Lab Support site: https://secondlife.com/my/support/index.php?new_ticket=true
