  • If you purchased an item and didn’t receive it, please log on to and look at your transaction history.  Find the purchase details of the lost item. Copy and paste this information into a notecard and drop the notecard in my mail box, which is located on my desk in the Business Center. The lost item will be replaced as soon as possible once this information has been received.
